Pursuant to Decision No. 1524/QĐ-TMB dated 14^th July 2023 signed by General Director of Vinacomin - Northern Coal Trading Joint Stock Company regarding the approval of Pre-qualification result for Pre-qualification Documents: Oversea-produced coal supplier selection in the third quarter - fourth quarter of 2023 for production and business activities of Vinacomin - Northern Coal Trading Joint Stock Company (STDSN01/2023);
